New Home Pricing

Framework for solving cost per square foot for new home construction.

A home’s total cost is determined by your:

  • Infrastructure costs
  • Home specifications
  • House type

Infrastructure costs include plans, CCR/HOA requirements, permits, road, power, water, sewer/septic, and geographical terrain considerations. We provide a FREE feasibility analysis to determine these costs. Feel free to reach out to us. A good rule of thumb is to estimate between $40,000-80,000 per lot or land for infrastructure costs.

The clients we work with tend to want hardwoods on the main floor, tile in wet areas, carpet in bedrooms, granite/quartz in kitchen and bathrooms, stone on exterior and fireplace, and about 2000 square feet of concrete flatwork.

Below is pricing for 15 different home plans. Combine the individual home pricing with infrastructure pricing and that will give you a rough overall budget.
