Washougal home is built for the future

Household to be powered by sunlight, wind and water.  First of its kind in Clark County.

When this house, located in the Granite Highlands development in Washougal, is completed it will be one of the only six in Washington to receive the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum designation by the U.S. Green Building Council.
