From the street, this recently completed Quail home is a classic beauty with low maintenance native landscaping. But don’t judge a book by its cover! This new home construction owner had a lot of great ideas that were implemented into this home that made it even better. Many special features that you wouldn’t even know about know unless you take a closer look inside.

The basement media room has an in-ceiling projector and a motorized screen for movie viewing. The screen rolls down when the home owner wants it and up when they don’t. The surround sound system has two subwoofers because if you’re going to have a home theater, you should see, feel, and hear Indiana Jones or Aliens exactly how you want. All of the components for the theater system are housed in an out of the way cabinet to keep things neat and tidy.

Even when it’s raining, using the covered patio off the basement isn’t a problem. The deck above is made with a durable product that is gapless and keeps the patio below dry for year-round use.
