Our Warranty Guidelines
When you buy from Quail Homes, you invest in our
carefully selected vendors, suppliers, trades people and
employees - people who have worked with us for years - most
since the day we opened. At Quail Homes, we only work
with people of Integrity who stand firmly behind their work
and word; as a result, we are extremely comfortable in the
warranty of our homes.
Our work conforms to the
National Association of Homebuilders Residential Guidelines.
If it doesn't, we take care of it. No questions asked. A
fully comprehensive warranty system ensures that we will
perform a new homeowner orientation prior to closing, and,
of course, our goal is to provide the homeowner with a home
free of punch list items prior to occupancy.
We provide a detailed manual which outlines our warranty
procedures and warranty process. Homeowners can expect
warranty service twice in the first year to ensure quality.
Our warranty program follows the guidelines set forth by the
Residential Warranty
Corporation for the States of Oregon and Washington
by providing the following:
- 12 months of warranty protection beginning at
closing
- Homeowner orientation at closing
- 2 month homeowner warranty request/report
- 11 month homeowner warranty request/report
- Extended limited structural warranty
6 years Washington / 10 years Oregon
