Quail Haven ~ 4,904 SF
"Best Basement"

Quail Homes is participating in the 2005 Parade of Homes
with Quail Haven, a 4,904 square foot home with two stories
and a daylight basement." This year's Parade home
features a dual living
arrangement on two levels, with the master suite on
the main level for fully accessible living," said Jon Girod
of Quail Homes. "The site location is wonderful, with a
woodland view. It's a greenbelt lot, with an extremely nice
back yard, and we'll take full advantage of that space to
design an outdoor living area."
The home will be ready for those needing or planning for a
dual living arrangement, with
two master suites included in the plan. Save steps
with laundry facilities on
both the main and upper floor. The baths feature a
universal design, with no-step access to the shower. Hard
surface floors throughout the main level feature hardwoods
and tile. Doorways are
oversized at 3 feet wide by 8 feet tall, allowing for
possible use of walkers and wheelchairs.
Upstairs, there's a second extra large master and three
additional bedrooms, all generous sizes. The masters include
walk-in closets, and the upper level bedrooms and hallway
are carpeted.
The fun center of the house
is on the lower level! Do you have video game
enthusiasts in the family? The
home theater area
includes group video gaming capabilities! There's a game
room with darts, a game table for board and card games, and
a wet bar and kitchen for the all-important party foods.
The fitness center has
workout equipment, a steam shower, and a dry sauna. Just
outside in the yard, ease tired muscles after your workout
in the hot tub. There's a
large storage room on this level, too, for home
décor, sports, camping equipment, and more.
"The key design points in the Quail
Haven are its dual living design, the wonderful fitness and
entertainment features on the lower level, and the potential
for multi-generational family living," said Girod.
