TO MY DELIGHT WE HAVE RECEIVED SOME VERY NICE AND INFORMATIVE CHRISTMAS CARDS FROM OUR CLIENTS. ALL OF THE CARDS HAVE EXPRESSED HOW DELIGHTED THEY ARE IN LIVING IN A QUAIL SMART HOME. ONE CLIENT GOT DETAILED IN WHAT THEY LIKE. I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE THAT WITH YOU.

This client had been living in a home since 1980 and had been conditioned (admittingly) to discomfort and high energy bills. Living in their new Quail smart home, they have been tracking closely not only their energy bills but also the temperature differences between living areas.

Their single level new home construction (with a bonus room) is about 3500 square feet. Their average combined energy (gas and electric) bills is about $115/month. They set their temperature at 69 degrees. All of the rooms including the bonus room hold a temperature variance of just 1 degree. What this means is that all areas of the new home have a temperature ranging from 68 to 70 degrees. Obviously, this makes them very happy and validates what we sold them.OwensWrap

What really impressed them is when they had a 3 day power outage their home held the 69 degree temperature for the entire 3 days without the ability of any equipment being able to run. That is the Christmas news I like to hear.

I want to give THANKS to all those that help us achieve such outstanding results. Our highly focused group of employees, subcontractors, vendors and consultants are much appreciated not only by myself but also our clients.

I would like to extend a very MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL.

We have some great news to release in the next few articles.

I hope this helps and thank you for reading Ask The Builder and making The Columbian of Vancouver, WA a part of your day.
