Green Options

At Quail Homes we believe it is important to provide our home buyers with comfortable, safe, durable and efficient homes. These are also the main concepts addressed by green building. Thus, we have embraced green building and green building certification to help provide this level of quality to our buyers. However, don´t take our word for it. Our homes are third party verified. This means they are evaluated, graded and tested to prove that they meet higher levels of performance than what is achieved in standard built homes.

Different green building programs around the country provide different scoring systems to evaluate homes. Quail Homes has evaluated the most prominent programs available and has come to the educated conclusion that Earth Advantage Institute, based in Portland, OR has the most extensive, user friendly, hands-on, and regionally specific program. Because of these very important factors, Quail Homes certifies its homes to the Earth Advantage Platinum level, the highest level attainable in the Earth Advantage New Homes green building program. We built the first Earth Advantage Platinum Certified home in Clark County. We also built the first LEED Platinum certified house in Clark County. Please click here to see the list of our Earth Advantage Certified Platinum features. All Earth Advantage Homes are certified as ENERGY STAR as well. Quail Homes has made this commitment to its customers and the built environment, because we can all be part of a more sustainable world.
