Quail Homes is in its third decade of business. It started with my Dad and I. His words of wisdom stay true today, "keep it simple and give the buyer value". We've been very successful because we are focused on the customer. We execute and do our follow up. Many of our trade partners have been with us for more than 10 years.  This means that they are are there when you need them-like when a warranty issue arises or when a home needs to be closed. We try to deliver our homes complete, on budget and on time. Not all that complicated and that is how we like it.

We also plan our time and resources on giving back to the community. We believe in our youth and support our schools and sports programs. Each year we conduct a charity golf tournament that is dedicated to helping our youth. Also, on every closing we contribute $100 to the school district foundation in the neighborhoods where we are building.
